⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Construction Project Manager/ QS* ⭐️⭐️⭐️

_*Job Duties*_ -
• Liaise with the contracts Director on an ongoing/daily basis
• Coordinate the site as per the Project Plan and works information
• Motivate site members to reach deadlines and finish work to a high-quality standard
• Manage Plant, Machinery and Equipment
• Conduct weekly checks on Plant and Machinery ensuring they are fit for purpose
• Complete the site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
• Supervise the site labour and the works of subcontractors and ensure weekly and monthly targets are being met
• Maintain quality records necessary to meet quality requirements are adhered to.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Keep a Site Diary – Site Filing
• Interact with other members of the construction site team and clients Design Team
• Appropriate record keeping are kept to assist QS
• Control traffic on site
• Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks
• Coordinate Site Meetings
• Attend Site Management meetings
Experience /

_*Requirements*_
• 3 years plus relevant experience of Managing medium to large Civil Engineering Projects
• Availability to work overtime if required
• Experience in public works and commercial projects
• Successfully managing site teams
• Heavy plant experience – desirable, not essential
• Highly organised and effective communicator
• Full Driving License
• NVQ 4 or Higher (preferred but not essential)
