: It is not about how many times or how hard one falls, but about the ability to stand up, refocus, and move forward with determination.
Our Tug-of-War team may not have had the best run of form in recent competitions, but true to its spirit, it remains ready, resilient, and committed to the next challenge, regardless of past results.
This same spirit reflects the broader journey of the August 26 Group of Companies. Like any large institution operating in a dynamic environment, the Group continues to learn, adapt, and strengthen its systems and delivery approach. The focus remains clear: to improve performance, enhance coordination, and ensure meaningful contribution to national development and service delivery.
From 02–04 July 2026, our team will once again compete in the Annual SOE Games in Rundu. Our athletes will wear the colour with pride, compete with honour, and strive to be the very best in every discipline.
See you in Rundu.
