Yesterday we hosted tomorrows engineers and artisans.

Onawa Senior Secondary School had a class tour to our factory, I was surprised as to how much they had already know about our industry but I was also surprised when I realized that the class only had 3 girls.

I asked the one girl what she wanted to study and she confidently said that she wanted to become an architect she know very well what kind of architect she wants to become and what softwares architecture use.

We should motivate more young girls to take on careers that are known as man careers.
