PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Driver Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all driver and fleet activities.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fleet Documentation
• Ensure accurate completion, collection, and maintenance of all fleet-related documentation.
• Manage and monitor diesel slips, truck check sheets, MDC books, delivery documentation, PODs, and pallet control records.
• Ensure all documentation is submitted correctly and within required deadlines.
• Maintain proper filing systems for all transport-related records.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This role provides hands-on experience in the technical support and operational management of both wastewater and industrial water treatment systems within processing and farming environments.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and analyze water quality parameters in the utility systems at the processing plant and Farming Services.
• Implement and maintain water treatment processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular water sampling and analysis, interpret results, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with plant engineers to optimize water-related processes for efficiency and sustainability.
• Identify opportunities for water conservation and implement measures to reduce water consumption.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To effectively control and manage Namib Poultry's inventory, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and tracking of all stock items.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all stock movements are documented in the inventory management system.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records. (Stock Take).
• Track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained, avoiding overstocking and stockouts.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO are applied daily and load out according to Product aging.
• Implement and enforce effective stock control procedures to minimize losses, damages, and wastage.
