*NATE!..............Design, Build and Maintain for National Progress!!!*

On behalf of the Executive Council and all members of NATE Ogun State Branch, I proudly celebrate *Tgst. Smith Emmanuel as our Outstanding Member for the First Quarter of the Year.*

This recognition is inspired by his exceptional sense of responsibility and initiative. At our first meeting of the year, he keenly observed the unavoidable absence of the Branch Secretary and, without being prompted, stepped in to take the minutes. This simple yet remarkable act reflects true commitment, leadership, and dedication to the progress of our association.

I commend Tgst. Smith Emmanuel for this exemplary conduct and use this as a call to action for all members to demonstrate similar zeal and proactive involvement in advancing the goals of our great association.

Congratulations once again.
