We came to the South East with a clear mission to activate talent, unlock opportunity, and connect a region rich in ingenuity to a broader innovation ecosystem. What we witnessed in Umuahia was nothing short of powerful.

The AIF South East Regional Activation brought together an incredible mix of founders, young tech talent, policymakers, and ecosystem leaders from across Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo. The energy in the room was electric ideas being shared, partnerships forming, and a renewed belief that the South East can and will play a defining role in Africa’s innovation future.

From meaningful policy conversations to real startup engagement, this was more than an event it was the beginning of a movement in the region.

A strong advocate for technology-driven development and youth empowerment, Dr. Ezeh has been instrumental in positioning Enugu State as a forward-looking hub for innovation and digital transformation. His leadership continues to drive meaningful progress in building an enabling environment for startups and emerging talent.
