Lars Ling, CEO & Founder of CleanTech Region Group, brings over three decades of global experience at the intersection of cleantech, sustainability, and ICT, driving innovation, scaling businesses, and building impactful ecosystems across continents.

From advising Absolicon Solar Collector AB to supporting transformative collaborations with ZESA Holdings, Lars has consistently championed solutions that accelerate the global energy transition while unlocking real economic value.

His work spans; CleanTech & Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence for industrial transformation and Global business development & ecosystem building

We are delighted to welcome Zayyad Tsiga to the Advisory Board of Africa Innovation Foundry (AIF).

Zayyad is a Senior Policy Manager at J-PAL Africa, where he works with the Digital Identification and Finance Initiative in Africa (DigiFI) to expand research around digital public infrastructure and promote evidence-based policymaking across the continent.

He previously served as Executive Secretary and CEO of the Kaduna State Residents Identity Management Agency, where he helped scale digital identity coverage from 2.3 million to 6.65 million residents (24% to 70%), advancing efforts in e-governance, financial inclusion, and social protection.

His experience across policy, digital infrastructure, and public sector innovation will be invaluable as AIF works to strengthen Africa’s innovation ecosystem.

We are delighted to welcome Bayo Adalemo, as a member of the Advisory Board of Africa Innovation Foundry (AIF).

Bayo brings extensive experience in infrastructure planning and business leadership, having successfully delivered over 120 housing units, led landmark projects such as the Brightwater Polo Club in Lagos, and contributed to the Greater Sokoto Metropolitan Master Plan. He also serves as Chairman of CutStruct Technology Limited, helping guide the company through successful seed funding from leading global investors.

His strategic insight and cross-sector expertise will be invaluable as we continue building a stronger innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem across Nigeria.
