PROPOSAL FOR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTING INFRASTRUCTURE DELTA NORTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT
We hereby make a proposal for the above subject . We are renewable energy company We specialize on household , industrial solar energy solutions , solar EPC , Solar charging Electric installation , EV solar charging system , commissioning of solar plant ,lithium battery technology and solar street lights Maintenance Services.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Delta State Government has invested significantly in solar-powered street lighting infrastructure to improve public safety, enhance night-time economic activities, and promote renewable energy adoption.
However, many installations across the DELTA NORTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT currently experience reduced functionality due to inadequate maintenance structures, absence of coordinated monitoring, and delayed technical interventions.
This proposal presents DELTA NORTH maintenance contract framework designed to ensure continuous operation, rapid fault response, and long-term sustainability of solar street lighting assets across the Nine (9) Local Government Areas of Delta north.
Our company proposes to provide:
I. Routine and preventive maintenance services,
II. Fault detection and rapid repair response,
III. Performance monitoring and reporting,
IV. Asset protection strategies,
V. Technical supervision and sustainability planning
The goal is to restore and maintain over 90% operational efficiency of solar street lights across Delta north while reducing government replacement costs.
BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
Solar street lights are critical infrastructure supporting Community security, Traffic safety, Economic activity at night, Environmental sustainability. Currently, key challenges affecting performance include:

➢ Damaged solar panels,
➢ Controller and wiring faults,
➢ Lack of scheduled maintenance,
➢ Absence of centralized asset tracking,
➢ Poor accountability for repairs
This proposal is therefore imperative for centralized maintenance contract to preserve this people oriented infrastructure and guarantee consistent service delivery as lack of structured maintenance result in solar assets depreciating rapidly, leading to wasted public investment and reduced public safety benefits.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The primary objective is to ensure reliable, efficient, and sustainable operation of solar street lights across Delta north , while specifically to;
