When giving bill of materials like number of blocks a building will consume, make sure you know the topography of the building site. Don't give estimate with the assumption that it is a level ground. Rather if you want to give your audience a clue about how many blocks a particular building will consume, say on a level ground such building will take x,y number of blocks. This will spur your audience who wants to build to call you for site inspection if he has a valley he wants to develop in order to have an idea what it will actually take. And more over, take it or leave it, the more aesthetics to a building, the more number of blocks it consumes. So let's put it in a better perspective for our clients out there for a better financial plan and outlay to avoid starting a project they can't afford to finish
