Meet Comrade Osemwengie Moses Ogbemudia Igharo
Comrade Osemwengie Moses Ogbemudia Igharo hails from Evbo’Ivbiohon Community in Iyoba Ward, Orhionmwon Local Government Area, Edo State. He was born on 22nd October 1984 into the family of Mr. Osemwengie Igbinogun Igharo of Evbo’Ivbiohon Community.
He began his educational journey at Staff Model School, College of Education, Agbor, where he obtained his Primary School Certificate. He proceeded to Christ Mission, Dumez Road, Benin City, for his Junior Secondary education, and later attended Pass Master Academy, Evbotubu, Benin City, where he earned his Senior Secondary School Certificate.
In 2003, he gained admission into Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, to study Business Administration, obtaining his National Diploma (ND) in 2006, and later his Higher National Diploma (HND) in 2022.
Comrade Osemwengie Moses Ogbemudia ventured into entrepreneurship in 2011. On 13th October 2013, he officially registered ECF Micro Finance, marking the beginning of a dynamic business journey. Over the years, he has established and managed several thriving enterprises, including: Genuine & Standard Properties Ltd (Real Estate Development), Ogbemudia International Hotel Ltd, Benin City, Adesuwa Shopping Mall, Benin City, Forever Green Oil & Gas, HAAGEN Exchange (HGNC-FIN).
Beyond business, Comrade Ogbemudia is a writer, social media analyst, and host of the popular talk show “Talk Am As E Be.”
A realist, humanist, and philanthropist, he has devoted his life to improving the welfare of the less privileged through his NGO — the Ogbemudia Rural Care Foundation, founded in 2018. The foundation focuses on poverty alleviation, education, skills acquisition, community empowerment, and development initiatives.
Politically, Comrade Ogbemudia is a rising voice in Edo politics. He has served in various capacities in previous administrations and is currently a House of Assembly hopeful for 2027. In his continuous pursuit of knowledge and service to humanity, he is currently studying a medical course in Benin City, with a vision to establish his own medical center by 2030.
Known for his humility, simplicity, and love for nature, Comrade Osemwengie Moses Ogbemudia believes deeply in the natural laws that guide human existence. As a core realist, his philosophy centers on reason, truth, and humanistic values rather than religious doctrines.
