that reviews how cleanliness prevents the spread of illness, stops chemical or toxic substance absorption through the skin, and keeps the workplace comfortable for everyone. It covers hand washing, clean clothing, wound care, and proper use of facilities. Why Hygiene Matters at Work stops sickness: Germs move fast on shared tools, handles, and break room surfaces.Blocks chemicals:

grease,
and oils keep hazardous materials from entering your body or causing skin damage like dermatitis.Respects coworkers:
Controlling body odors and keeping shared spaces clean reduces tension on the job.

Do not wear torn or loose clothing near moving machine parts.
Keep PPE clean, dry, and undamaged.Cover cuts: Keep all scrapes, cuts, and burns covered with fresh first-aid bandages to stop infections.
