10th truck done....our new, srv relieve pressure is 17.5bar and set pressure was 17bar

SRV replacement for 11 trucks

We were able to convince this client by doing one truck the right way..

This truck was pursued from depot because it doesn't qualify for loading lpg due to the fact that the srv shoots while loading, which means the truck is not safe for loading, we was called and we access and understood the problem we start the reconstruction and changing of the srv, changing the SRV is not enough so we have to go through hydrostatic exercise to know if the tank is safe for lpg after changing the srv to the standard one.... We did the pressure and the result came out nice, they went to depot and was about to be chased out again, the driver showed them the video of our job and the document they covers the job... The loader told him that "if this truck fails loading like the other time, we are collecting the tru k from you and ure not going out with it", the driver said no problem since he's sure of what we did, then loaded successfully... Now this beautiful solution has creates more than one job for us, we're on 11 trucks project currently....
