If you have ever borrowed money from a loan app before, I beg you… SIT DOWN AND READ THIS POST.

Because what you are about to read is not just about debt.
It is about your mental health, your family, your peace, and your future.

One of my followers sent me a DM (I will keep him anonymous).
He said:
“Sheyi, since February 2024 I was sick… we had no money for treatment… me and my wife borrowed online loan from two apps.
Now the calls are too much. I have fainted twice. I tried begging them to purge the interest but they refused.
Sir, how can you help me?”

First of all… brother… I’m sorry.

And I want everybody reading this to understand something:
Debt is not shameful.
Sickness is not a crime.
Asking for help is wisdom.

Now, let me be very honest with you:
The main danger here is not the debt.
The main danger is that loan apps use fear as weapon.

They don’t just want to collect money.
They want to collect your confidence.
They want to collect your mind.
They want to collect your peace.

But today, let me reset everything.

Many loan apps in Nigeria are not behaving like normal lenders.

They behave like:
debt collectors
street thugs
emotional terrorists

They will call you 100 times, threaten you, call your contacts, shame you.

And the truth is:
They are doing it because it works on most people, not when you know their secret and weakness.
Fear is their business model.

As your Financial Literacy Advocate, let me explain this better with a Simple Story.

Imagine:
Mama Ngozi sells tomatoes.
She borrowed ₦80,000 from a loan app because her son was sick.

After 2 weeks, the app said she should pay ₦145,000.

She started shaking.
Each time her phone rings, her heart will jump.
She started losing customers because she can’t even sell again peacefully.

Now tell me…
Is that debt again?

No.
That is slavery with data and phone calls.
So what did Mama Ngozi do?

She stopped panicking.
She sat down.
She wrote her debt down.
And she took control.
That is what you will do too.

HERE'S A STEP-BY-STEP: HOW TO ESCAPE LOAN APP DEBT IN NIGERIA

STEP 1: STOP FEAR FIRST (your life first)

I’m telling you this as your financial mentor:
No debt is worth your life.

If you have fainted twice, it means:
your body is already in emergency mode.

So from today:
Put your health first
Eat well
Sleep
Reduce stress
Talk to your wife openly
Don’t carry it alone

STEP 2: WRITE YOUR FULL DEBT LIST (this is your weapon)

You cannot fight what you don’t understand.

Write everything like this:
1. Loan app name
2. Amount borrowed
3. Amount they want you to pay
4. Due date
5. Penalty per day
6. Total outstanding

Bring it out from your head and put it on paper.

In Finance....
Debt inside head = depression
Debt on paper = strategy

STEP 3: STOP BORROWING TO PAY BORROWING

This is where most people die financially.
They borrow from App A to pay App B.
Then borrow from App C to pay App A.
Now they are owing 6 apps.

Brother… that is how people enter loan app prison.
STOP IT TODAY.
No more borrowing from loan app to solve loan app.

STEP 4: NEGOTIATE LIKE A HUMAN BEING (Not Like A Beggar)

This is how you will message them:
“Good day. I acknowledge the debt.
I am currently financially down due to health issues.
I can pay ₦X weekly/monthly.
I’m requesting a restructuring and waiver of penalties.
If you agree, I will start payment immediately.”

Then you wait.
If they refuse and keep abusing you…
do not argue.

Just move to Step 5.

STEP 5: PAY PRINCIPAL FIRST (this is a secret)

I am telling you this as an Accountant:
Loan apps will frustrate you with interest.

But the truth is:
Many times they can reduce interest, but they won’t tell you.

So your strategy is:
Start paying small-small but consistently

Even if it is:
₦5,000 weekly
₦10,000 every 2 weeks
₦20,000 monthly
Because consistent payment gives you power in negotiation.

Once you pay part of principal:
your fear reduces
your confidence increases
their threats reduce

STEP 6: TAKE BACK YOUR PHONE (This one is Very Important)

Loan apps operate through phone access.

Do these immediately:
Change your passwords
Remove app permissions (contacts, media, calls)
Block abusive numbers
Put DND if necessary

Inform family members:
“Anybody that calls you about loan, ignore them.”
That shame tactic works ONLY when you’re hiding.

Once you’re bold, it loses power.

STEP 7: CREATE A “DEBT EXIT PLAN” (3 Bucket System, I have said this before)

This one is practical:
From any money that enters your hand, divide it:

Bucket A: Food + health + transport (survival)

Bucket B: Debt payment (consistent)

Bucket C: Small savings (even ₦500 daily)
Yes, save small.
Because if you don’t save small, one emergency will send you back to loan apps again.

Brother, you are not in problem because you borrowed.

You are in problem because:
you borrowed without structure
you borrowed without safety net
you borrowed from a wrong lender

And let me tell everybody reading this:
Loan apps are not financial help.
Many of them are financial traps.
They don’t save people.
They catch people.

Here's my Advice To Him (And To You Reading)

From today:
Stop panic
Start structure
Pay with strategy
Protect your health
Protect your family
Never borrow again without a plan

Because debt is not a death sentence…
But unmanaged debt is a weapon.

If you are reading this and you are in debt

Type “your experience” in the comment section.
Let other people learn from your courage.
This year, we must stop suffering in silence.

*_If you want to escape poverty FAST, reduce your daily movements._*

Calm down, let me explain:

This is not about laziness.
It’s about direction.

I know I'm not supposed to share this publicly.
It's a concept I break down deeper to my mentees in my *HIC Mentorship* program (enrollment is still ongoing anyway).

Most broke people are not broke because they don’t move. They are broke because they move too much with no focus.

Every unnecessary movement is time, energy, and money leaking quietly.

Let me break it down practically.

1️⃣ Too much movement scatters your mind.
Waking up and moving from place to place all day feels productive, but it’s often just noise.
Visiting friends. Roaming markets without a plan. Attending meetings that lead nowhere.
By night, you’re tired, but nothing meaningful was built.

Write this down with pen and paper: "Progress needs stillness and focus, not endless motion."

2️⃣ Movement is expensive.
Transport. Food outside. “Let me just buy something.”
Small expenses pile up because you’re always outside.
People who escape poverty early spend more time indoors building skills, systems, offers, and plans than roaming around “hustling.”

3️⃣ Poverty loves availability.
When you’re always out, people always find you.
Errands. Gists. Favors. Distractions.
Your time gets eaten by other people’s needs, while your own life stays stuck.
Reducing movement reduces access, and access protects growth.

4️⃣ Focus multiplies income faster than stress.
One hour of deep work can beat ten hours of scattered movement.
Learning a skill. Writing content. Studying how to sell. Building a page.
This is quiet work. It doesn’t look impressive. But it pays.

5️⃣ The rich move less than the poor.
Not because they are lazy, but because they’ve mastered leverage.
They let systems, skills, and digital tools move for them.
The poor move their bodies.
The wealthy move ideas, processes, and platforms.

6️⃣ Staying home is not poverty. Lack of direction is.
Some people fear staying indoors because it “looks broke.”
But escaping poverty often starts with disappearing for a while to build capacity.
Noise delays growth. Isolation accelerates clarity.

Dear reader,
If you want your life to change fast, reduce your unnecessary movement.
Escape your 9-to-5 job.
Stay where your mind can think, your hands can build, and your focus can deepen.

Move with intention.
Rest with purpose.
Build in silence.

If this made you uncomfortable in a good way, drop “LESS MOVEMENT, MORE MONEY” in the comments.

3️⃣ Invest in a Side Business:

Start a small online or physical business. It could be freelancing, content creation, blogging, POS, thrift collection, food resale, printing, delivery, and more. One additional income stream can change your entire year. Trust me.

4️⃣ Invest in Stocks and Dividend-Paying Companies:

Buy shares in strong Nigerian companies. This allows your money to work for you through quarterly dividends and long-term capital growth. Read down my page to learn more on this for free, or register for my next investment class taking place on Saturday, January 31st if you think you need the class.

5️⃣ Invest in Mutual Funds and ETFs:

Money Market Funds, Bond Funds, and ETFs help you grow your money safely, passively, and consistently, even with small amounts. Read my page for more on this, or register for my January investment class.

6️⃣ Invest in Relationships That Lift You:

Build strong friendships and meaningful relationships. Check on your loved ones and be there for your people. The Bible says, “He who wants friends must be friendly.” Cut off draining circles and intentionally build profitable friendships, mentors, and networks.
As they say, your network determines your next level.

7️⃣ Invest in Your Health:

This is very important. Eat better, exercise regularly, go for medical checkups, and consider health insurance. Health is wealth. Prevention is cheaper than cure, one serious illness can wipe out five years of savings. God help us.

8️⃣ Invest in a Savings Cushion (Emergency Fund):

Never invest all your savings. Some money must remain liquid. Always keep an emergency fund, even if it’s just 2–5% of your income. This protects you from dipping into your investments whenever minor emergencies arise.

❇️ Go through this list again. Every item here is a necessary investment for 2026.

📪 Anybody telling you that the government will start removing tax from your Savings Account from tomorrow is lying.

Don’t move your funds,
Don’t empty your accounts,
Don’t make any reckless transfers.
Stay calm.

Save your money.
Invest your money.
Don’t panic!

NOTHING will happen to your money in the bank.

Banks are NOT tax collectors.
So, banks CANNOT remove tax from your account unless there is a valid court order.

And even starting from tomorrow, your banks will only report accounts with monthly cumulative transactions exceeding ₦25 million for individuals (and ₦100 million for companies) to the tax authorities, if in case you are not filing your reports.

Like I’ve told you, , We will be fine.

Stay informed.

*_If big money hits your account before 2026, avoid these 7 mistakes that ruin destinies:_*

Read this with your chest, because one wrong move can turn a blessing into a long-term setback.

1. *Don’t announce it to anybody who didn’t help you earn it.*
The fastest way to lose sudden money is to tell the wrong people.
When people know you’ve “cashed out,” you stop being a human being, you become an ATM.
Silence protects destiny. Noise attracts users.

2. *Don’t upgrade your lifestyle before you upgrade your mind.*
Many people jump from ₦50k problems to ₦1m problems instantly:
❌ New phone
❌ New outfits
❌ New apartment
❌ New circle

They forget that sudden money doesn’t change your thinking, it only exposes it.
If your mindset is still cheap, your spending will be loud.

3. *Don’t give money out of guilt.*
When some people suddenly get blessed, they start giving money everywhere just to look like a “good person.”
Giving without boundaries is not generosity, it’s emotional blackmail.
Help people from wisdom, not pressure.

4. *Don’t rush into new investments you don’t understand.*
The moment you touch bulk money, scammers smell you from 40km away.
They will bring:
❌ fake crypto
❌ fake shares
❌ fake importation deals
❌ fake partnerships
❌ fake land from “my uncle in the village”

If you can’t explain how an investment works in one paragraph, you’re not ready for it.

5. *Don’t stop the skill or hustle that brought the money.*
One of the biggest destiny destroyers is comfort.
People forget that the money came from consistency, not luck.
If you stop building, your account will stop growing.
Money grows only when you do.

6. *Don’t confuse temporary success for stability.*
A one-time bulk alert is not wealth.
Wealth is what remains after five years of discipline, systems, and smart decisions.
Until your money can survive:
✅ emergencies
✅ family pressure
✅ bad months
✅ temptation
You’re not stable yet. You’re lucky.
Build stability, not ego.

7. *Don’t delay restructuring your life.*
When money enters your hand suddenly, that is the BEST time to:
✅ clear small debts
✅ build an emergency fund
✅ take a course
✅ learn a high-income skill
✅ set up a digital product system
✅ invest in knowledge
Money grows fastest when you use it to buy clarity.

*Dear reader,*

If you want your next big alert to turn into long-term freedom instead of short-term enjoyment, join my Digital Product Starter Pack.
I’ll teach you how to build systems that keep paying you, even after the excitement of the bulk money fades.

*_7 Ways Parents Accidentally Traumatize Their Children, While Believing They’re Training Them Well:_*

Most parents mean well.
But intention does not cancel impact.
Many wounds that follow people into adulthood were planted early and defended as “discipline.”

Read slowly.

1️⃣ *Using fear as a teaching tool*
Shouting, threats, intimidation, or constant “wait till your father comes” may create obedience, but it also creates anxiety. Children raised on fear learn to comply, not to think. They grow up tense, approval-hungry, and afraid of mistakes.

2️⃣ *Publicly shaming them to correct behavior*
Correcting a child in front of others, mocking mistakes, or comparing them publicly may stop the behavior, but it damages dignity. Shame doesn’t teach growth; it teaches hiding.

3️⃣ *Invalidating their emotions*
Statements like “stop crying,” “you’re too sensitive,” or “that’s nothing” teach children one thing: their feelings don’t matter. Adults who struggle to express emotions often learned early that emotions were unsafe.

4️⃣ *Confusing control with guidance*
Micromanaging every choice, friend, interest, or opinion may look like care, but it quietly kills confidence. Children need direction, not domination. Control raises dependent adults.

5️⃣ *Using love as a reward and withdrawal as punishment*
When affection is given only when a child performs well and withdrawn when they fail, love becomes conditional. That child grows up chasing validation and fearing rejection.

6️⃣ *Projecting your unfulfilled dreams onto them*
Forcing children to live the life you wanted, instead of discovering who they are, creates silent resentment. Children are not recovery plans for adult regrets.

7️⃣ *Never apologizing because you’re the parent*
Refusing to admit wrong teaches children that power excuses harm. Apologies don’t weaken authority; they humanize it. A child who never hears “I’m sorry” grows up afraid to say it too.

*Dear parent,*
Trauma doesn’t always come from cruelty.
Sometimes it comes from unexamined habits passed down as tradition.

The goal of parenting is not just obedience.
It’s emotional safety, confidence, and trust.

Pause. Reflect. Adjust.
It’s never too late to parent better.

If you want to raise children who are confident, emotionally safe, and mentally strong, don’t guess your way through parenting.

Digital marketing is what turns attention into money.
It’s how ordinary people sell without begging, earn without shouting, and grow without burning out.
Miss this skill, and 2026 will treat you like every other year.
Master it, and income stops being a prayer point.

Stay close.
We’re not entering 2026 empty-handed.

You’re not depressed.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not cursed.

You’re exhausted because you’re working hard in a system that doesn’t reward effort anymore.

You wake up every day with plans.
You go to bed every night with anxiety.
Bills are waiting. Expectations are loud. Results are slow.
And deep down, you know the truth: your income is trapped because your skill set is outdated.

Before 2026, this reality will get louder.

Here is the painful part most people avoid:
Hard work without digital leverage now leads to burnout, not breakthrough.
Motivation will not save you. Prayer alone will not multiply income.
Only rare, practical DIGITAL MARKETING skills will.

And that’s the real problem.

Most “online courses” teach theory.
Buzzwords. Motivation. Screenshots.
Very few teach how money actually moves online.

Real digital marketing skills are rare.
They are uncomfortable.
They require structure, clarity, and discipline.
But they are the only reliable way to build income that grows without destroying your body.

Digital marketing is how:
✅ Ordinary people turn ideas into income
✅ Skills become products
✅ Attention becomes money
✅ WhatsApp, Facebook, and content start paying back
✅ You stop begging for salary increases and start creating income channels

That is why I created DIGITAL MARKETING TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS.

This is not inspiration.
This is foundation.

You will learn:
✅ How digital marketing actually works from ground zero
✅ How to position yourself so people pay you, not ignore you
✅ How to use simple tools to sell without shame
✅ How to turn knowledge into offers
✅ How to stop being busy and start being profitable

If you delay this again, 2026 will not be kinder than 2025.
Inflation will not wait.
Responsibilities will not reduce.
Opportunities will not knock twice.

The cost of waiting is already higher than the cost of learning.

Here is how to enroll for DIGITAL MARKETING TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS

Send I AM READY to WhatsApp +2348147290116

This is not about motivation anymore.
It’s about survival, relevance, and income.

If you are tired of trying without direction, this is your move.
