On Friday last week, we convened a strategic dialogue to mark International Women’s Day, bringing together the All On family of women in renewable energy, our male allies, and thought leaders committed to advancing women’s careers.

Through candid experience-sharing and open dialogue, we reflected on the realities women face in the sector and explored actionable pathways to accelerate their advancement.

The afternoon concluded with personal pledges and commitments to champion inclusion, support women’s leadership, and help build a more equitable renewable energy ecosystem.
