I think we'd start charging for inspections 🤷

Inspections are very important.

Just like a doctor will have to carry out a diagnosis or test to ascertain the kind of drugs he'd prescribe.

It helps us ascertain what we're dealing with, the kind of floor you have to determine the kind of chemical to use, type of paint, room sizes to determine how many workers and days to execute, and many other important factors.

The few times I've overlooked inspection and given price based on what I'm told, it always ends in premium tears

I'll end up seeing more than I envisaged, meanwhile all the client kept saying was it's not that dirty, it's been cleaned before, it's just dust, we just did minor renovations etc.

You'd end up seeing paint stains you didn't plan for, Sometimes the number of stipulated day you imagined was 3 days,you ene up seeing what will take you 1 whole week. And 90% of the time, there's nothing you'd say that will make a client add extra money
