How do you combine two unequal panels?

The only reasonable standard is to channel them on two different Charge Controllers. It is practically wrong to combine two unequal panels on one charge controller.

We did this work, then the client needed more panels of higher power. We had to channel the new panel on a different charge controller.

Solar installers,

Don't job with your protection modules. Always channel your SPDs to the earth using 6mm, 10mm or 16mm.

You are the one that determines whether your job will be a quality job or not. Must clients don't know what to expect, you are the one determining their fate.

Don't give them low quality materials.

Don't depend on already existing earth in the house. Managing your installation is delaying dangerous attack. It will happen one day.

.. 99% of solar energy problems are installation errors. Please, installers, it doesn't cause you anything to upgrade your skills.

A client wanted us to change her lithium battery, on getting there, it wasn't battery issues. It was total system error. Which includes:

>Poor design
>Poor configuration
>Poor cable sizing (2.5mm cable was used to connect 10kva inverter to the breakers)
>Poor panel configuration
>stripped cables on the roof
>No earthing

The system lacks any form of standard. Then we agreed on the price and swung into action.
She is the one advertising us everywhere now.

You see, good job pays. Shabby work destroys your image over time. Don't waste people's hard earned currency.

The Northern community in Owerri invited us to insatll solar for them, they already purchased the materials.

They were happy that their 3.5kva was able to power their 1.5hp sumo.

Though i adviced them to get a better battery soon.
