A few years ago, a young man was working as a cleaner in a small company.
Every morning, he arrived before everyone else. He swept the floors, cleaned the toilets, emptied the trash bins, and arranged the offices. Many people passed by him every day, but hardly anyone noticed him.
Some staff even looked down on him.
One day, a visitor entered the company and asked him, "What do you do here?"
The young man smiled and replied:
"I help create a clean environment where everyone can work comfortably and stay healthy."
The visitor was impressed by his answer.
Years later, that same cleaner started his own cleaning and fumigation business. At first, he had only one bucket, one mop, and a dream.
People laughed.
Some friends said cleaning was not a real business.
Some relatives told him to find a "better job."
But he kept going.
He cleaned houses.
He cleaned offices.
He cleaned restaurants.
He learned pest control.
He learned fumigation.
He learned waste management.
Slowly, customers started trusting him.
Today, he employs people.
He trains young men and women.
He helps families keep their homes safe.
He teaches others how to turn waste into wealth.
The lesson?
Never look down on any honest work.
The person carrying a broom today may be building an empire tomorrow.
Success doesn't care where you start.
It only cares whether you keep moving.
