COMPLIMENT OF THE SEASON

Almost everyone in the world irrespective of their religion know the Christmas season and what it is all about. Unfortunately, not many Christians understand the season of the return of Christ or care to know what the second coming of Christ is all about.

Celebrating the birth of Christ (First Coming) without understanding and preparing for his second coming is a disaster waiting to manifest as many will soon be disappointed when they realized that they have been left behind.

During the first advent of Christ, very few people understood the sign of his coming. The Pharisees and the Sadducees (religious people) missed it because they never understand the sign of his coming. King Herod and other political leaders also missed it because they never understand the sign of His coming. However, Wise men from far East saw, followed and understood the sign of His coming. Simeon a just and devout man and Anna the prophetess saw, recognized and acknowledged Jesus as the Saviour because they didn't only understood the sign of His coming, they were also watchful and expectant. In this last days also, only few will understand and to those who are expecting Christ will He appear unto the second time without sin unto salvation - Hebrews 9:28.

The first coming of Christ (being celebrated globally as Christmas), is already in the past and it's not as important as the second coming of Christ which is imminent. There is nothing bad in celebrating the first coming of Christ but it is rather unfortunate that most Christian believers focus more on Christmas (past event) while neglecting the imminent future event (Rapture and second coming of Christ).
Remember, Jesus Christ commanded us to watch and pray that we may be accounted worthy to escape what is coming upon mankind after the saints are gone with Christ.

As you celebrate Christmas today, remember to talk to someone about the imminent return of Christ.
