In Memorial of A Founding Father:
Prince Bambo Ademiluyi
It is with a heavy heart and a profound sense of loss that the Nigeria Liquefied and Compressed Gases Association (NLCGA) announces the passing of one of our esteemed pioneer founders and Trustee, Prince Adebambo Ademiluyi, Founder and CEO of Quaint Agencies Ltd., who departed from us on the morning of Thursday April 9, 2026.
Prince Bambo was a titan of the engineering profession and a cornerstone of our industry. As the foundation Chairman of our Safety & Technical Committee, his leadership was defined by a rare combination of technical brilliance and an unwavering dedication to professional standards. His influence was felt both in the spotlight and behind the scenes, shaping the very foundation of the Nigeria Liquefied Petroleum Gas Association (NLPGA) that expanded into NLCGA.
Under his leadership, Quaint Agencies, a leading logistics integrity management and engineering project management company, grew to become a trusted partner in the petroleum products industry in West Africa. With expertise in logistics support, cargo superintendence, truck monitoring and quality assurance services. Quaint Agencies has handled virtually all petroleum products, including AGO, DPK, PMS, LPG, Base oils, and Chemicals, since its inception in 2003. The company has worked with major oil marketers, financial institutions, and clients such as VITOL, ASCON, CONOIL, and Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas Company, among others.
To many of us, Prince Bambo was more than a colleague; he was a cherished mentor and a friend whose presence brought inspiration and impact to our community. While we grieve the departure of a true industry pioneer, we also celebrate a life of immense impact. His work has left a permanent mark on the energy sector, and his example will guide future engineers for years to come.
The NLCGA offers its deepest sympathies to the Ademiluyi family during this difficult time. We stand with them in honoring a man whose character and contributions were truly exceptional. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
Funeral arrangements will be communicated by the family.
Signed,
NLCGA.
