Spiro is proud to announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Yadea, the world’s leading electric two-wheeler manufacturer, to scale electric mobility across Africa.

The partnership brings together Yadea’s global manufacturing, technology and product development capabilities with Spiro’s electric mobility ecosystem, battery-swapping infrastructure and strong presence across our current and future African markets.

Through this major partnership, our two companies commit to scaling the deployment of electric two-wheelers. We will also jointly co-develop solutions tailored to local road conditions and commercial needs.

Spiro expands electric mobility with the deployment of 1,000 new electric bikes in Ogun State. The bikes were officially inaugurated at the Gateway International Airport by His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) and the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun (CON).

This landmark initiative represents a major step forward in advancing sustainable transportation across Nigeria. By reducing carbon emissions and offering affordable alternatives to fuel-powered vehicles, Spiro is supporting the government’s vision of a cleaner and greener environment.
