🚨 WE ARE HIRING – DRILLING LOGISTICS LEAD III 🚨
Are you an experienced logistics and materials management professional with a strong background in drilling operations, inventory control, and oilfield logistics?
We are seeking a Drilling Logistics Supervisor to oversee logistics, materials management, inventory control, and the movement of critical equipment, tools, and materials to offshore and onshore drilling locations.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Review drilling programs and identify equipment, tools, and material requirements for rigs and wells.
✅ Coordinate timely movement and delivery of materials to drilling locations.
✅ Supervise drilling logistics contractor personnel and ensure effective service delivery.
✅ Manage inventory, material control, storage, and replenishment activities.
✅ Ensure safe storage, maintenance, repair, fabrication, and replacement of company-owned drilling equipment and tools.
✅ Coordinate with Drilling Operations, Procurement, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
✅ Ensure safe and efficient use of cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Associate Degree or equivalent, preferably with formal mechanical trades training.
🔹 Experience in supply, logistics, materials management, or drilling support operations.
🔹 Experience in remote, frontier, or international operations is highly desirable.
🔹 Experience supporting the startup of new operations in remote locations.
🔹 Strong knowledge of inventory control, oilfield accounting, and contract administration.
🔹 Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in challenging operational environments.
🔹 Proficiency in computer applications and logistics/materials management systems.

Are you an experienced Contract Lead with a passion for contract stewardship, contractor performance, and operational excellence? We're looking for a proactive professional to manage the full contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, and build strong partnerships that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Ensure contractors comply with contract terms, company policies, and corporate controls.
✅ Manage the administration and performance of service contracts from award through close-out.
✅ Coordinate contract handover between Procurement and Business Lines.
✅ Lead contract kick-off meetings and develop Contractor Interface Management Plans.
✅ Support contractor pre-qualification, selection, and contract strategy development.
✅ Monitor contractor performance through KPIs, scorecards, compliance checks, and performance reviews.
✅ Maintain the Active Contractor Tracking Database and prepare monthly stewardship reports.
✅ Coordinate contractor site assessments, competency reviews, and quarterly/annual performance evaluations.
✅ Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and SSH&E teams to ensure effective contract ex*****on.
✅ Verify contract payments, identify anomalies, and ensure timely payment in line with company agreements.
✅ Identify contract risks, recommend improvements, and support contract suspension, termination, and close-out activities where required.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.
✔ Minimum of 10 years' experience in Contract Administration, Contract Management, or Contractor Stewardship within industrial, EPC, or Oil & Gas environments.
✔ Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract terms and conditions, and contractor performance management.
✔ Experience working in large organizations and field or remote operational environments.
✔ Ability to engage and manage contractors across multicultural and developing business environments.
✔ Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other contract management systems.
✔ Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide logistics expertise across marine, aviation, shore base, ground transportation, and materials management activities.
✅ Plan and coordinate the movement of personnel, equipment, and materials to offshore and onshore drilling locations.
✅ Conduct in-country logistics assessments to determine operational and infrastructure requirements.
✅ Supervise warehouse and supply base operations, including inventory control and material movements.
✅ Coordinate logistics support for supply vessels, trucks, aircraft, and drilling operations.
✅ Manage import and export processes, serving as the primary liaison with customs authorities and freight forwarding companies.
✅ Maintain accurate logistics documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
✔ Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably supporting upstream Oil & Gas and drilling operations.
✔ Experience in international or frontier operations is highly desirable.
✔ Strong knowledge of drilling materials, equipment, logistics processes, import/export procedures, and inventory management.
✔ Experience coordinating marine, aviation, shore base, warehouse, and transportation logistics.
✔ Excellent planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across Production, Drilling, Exploration, Projects, and Development teams.
✔ Demonstrated knowledge of SSHE practices, maintenance coordination, logistics operations, and general marine operations.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management systems is an advantage.
