🔴🔴🔴How to recognize a good solar panel by sight?

1. Overall look and finish
• Homogeneous surface: The surface of the panel (glass facade) must be smooth, clean, without bubbles, scratches, stains or cracks.
•Cell alignment: Photovoltaic cells must be properly aligned and spaced regularly.
• Uniform color: Cells must have a uniform color (often dark blue or black), with no lighter or discolored areas.
•Sturdy frame: A solid aluminum frame, without rust or deformation, is a good indicator of quality.
•Well-fixed junction box: At the back of the panel, the junction box must be firmly attached, clean and waterproof.

2. Quality Welding And Connections
• Net welding: The visible connections between cells must be regular, without overthickness or abrasions.
•No loose or welded wires: Any abnormalities in the wiring are a warning sign.

3. Type of glass and treatment
•Anti-reflective tempered glass: Many quality panels use low-reflection tempered glass. It can be recognized by a slight satin effect or less reflective than standard glass.
• Homogeneous encapsulation: The resin layer (often called EVA) must not have bubbles or delaminated areas.

4. Certification Label and Marking
•Tag on the back of the sign saying:
•The unique serial number
•Power ridge (Wc)
•Maximum tensions and intensity
•Certifications (e.g. : CE, IEC 61215, IEC 61730)
• Origin and brand: A well-known brand sign (SunPower, REC, Trina, JA Solar, etc.) ) with ISO certification is often more reliable.
