PROCEDURE FOR AGO ON TTT BASIS ON LAGOS WATERS (CHANGES WILL VOID SPA):

1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the Sales and Purchase Agreement including full Banking co-ordinates. Buyer returns SPA with comprehensive vessel details and N.O.R format and his vessel details.

2. Buyer supercargo board the receiving vessel for product confirmation.

3. NNPC operators instruct loaded vessel captain to issue N.O.R to buyers vessel and buyers vessel captain acknowledges the NOR. Both captains agree on STS time, position and long-side.

4. Upon tie up, seller boards buyer's super cargo for confirmation of product.

5. Buyer pays 50% of total cargo cash into seller nominated account.

6. NNPC operators instruct captain to pump into receiving vessel immediately after the confirmation of the fund.

7. Buyer shall pay balance of 50% immediately he confirms his vessel is loaded.

8. Seller confirms the balance payment and instructs his vessel to untie with receiving vessel.

9. All documents are transferred into buyer's name and his loaded vessel sail to his destination.

1. Seller and Buyer sign contract; and Buyer returns SPA with Supercargo details, Inspector information the scanned copies of
their Passports, NOR/ETA/ATB formats, and Arrival Announcement format.

2. Buyer issues Bank Draft of Naira in favour of seller. Seller confirms Bank Draft , seller issues MATB and Board buyer's Supercargo and Inspector. confirms and sign send attestation to buyer and seller.
3. Upon confirmation of product buyer pays One million Dollars ( $1,000,000:00, or its Naira equivalent in), cash to seller’s nominated account for logistics / documentation within 24 hours
3. Seller confirms payment, inspector disembark with sample for QnQ.
4. After successful Q&Q result, Buyer Pays against copies of full shipping documents via SWIFT MT103 within 72hours of presentation of Invoice by Seller less $1million and settle all facilitators
