The TV wall that stops the room.

This feature wall at Shoreline Estate, they didn't just create a place to put a screen — they created a moment. Dark quilted panelling, staggered LED strips that glow like a sunset, and a screen that commands the space without dominating it.

Our contribution? Every strip of light you see is Lutron-controlled — dimmable, scene-ready, responding to the time of day or the mood of the room. The Sonos soundbar sits so cleanly beneath the TV it could be part of the furniture. And behind the wall, a WyreStorm matrix distributes 4K video to every screen in the house from a single source.

This is the living room that has everything. And you'd never know it.

This open-plan living and dining space is pure — bold artwork, sculptural lighting, a dramatic black staircase that commands the eye. Our job? Make sure the technology fits so seamlessly into the design that you almost miss it.

Almost.

That small panel between the art and the staircase? That's a Control4 touch screen — the brain of the entire home. Lighting, audio, climate, security. All of it, right there.

Y&T brought the vision. We brought it to life.

Behind every beautiful wall, a Lutron lighting system responds to the mood. Behind every ceiling, Phase Technology and Sonos fill the air with music. Behind a hidden door, a starlight cinema waits — JVC 4K projector, Denon 8K surround, Moovia leather seats and a Starscape ceiling that turns movie night into an event.
