Happy new year. Please ma..I had an issue with an online marketing company. Josemab Store. The location address is 55 Ogunlana Street Egbeda , Lagos. The contact phone are 08086301232, and 09164569565. I bought a shoe online after watching the advert on last Monday, and I paid N50K. Unfortunately after getting home to have a close look at the product it was far lower on quality than what was advertised..and they even brought to me an oversized. On Thursday I called a lady that spoke with me on 09164569565. Though I was on transit to my home town for my mums burial. And she said she was not sure I can effect a return of the item. Whereas it's written on their advert page! Ma in my observation what they brought to the public is a clone of the original that is advertised. The guy I spoke with on 08086301232 said the company won't grant a refund. They could only change the size but I have no right of return of a substandard product..he had even sent nasty comments to me on Whatsapp and blocked me on FB... Kindly help me in this situation ma
