Job Title: Office Secretary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and other communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Manage company's social media handle
- Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks as required
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Provide backup support for other administrative staff as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and friendly demeanor
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary:
- 55k + commission
