Sometimes, when a building collapses, it’s not just about the materials — At times builder’s fault.

Clients, always know this:
Your builder must be present on site regularly.
It’s not enough to send workers and wait for progress pictures. A professional builder needs to inspect, guide, and correct things as the job goes on.

One mistake on site can cost lives, properties, and millions.
That’s why it’s important to work with a builder who is actively involved, not one who builds from afar.

Your dream home deserves supervision, not assumptions.

In most buildings, you will see these triangular provisions at the top of the roof. Most times some clients fight their roofers why they did not put it even though they do not know why it is there in some buildings but because they normally see it, why is it not in my own. They believe it makes their house look better.

It is called Roof lantern, Roof skylight, Roof fan light, etc.

I know you don't know the purpose of its provision. Let me tell you.
It is there for two basic reasons.

One is that it serves as exhaust to let out excess heat and let fresh air into the roof.

The other reason is that it serves as an additional aesthetic to the roof design.

Another day, it serves as a provision to let sunlight within the roof area.

When adopting it into your roof, avoid using the same type of roof material used in your roofing sheet to do it because if you do it will nolonger serve the purpose of letting in light. It is done using a transparent material that allows light to pe*****te through the surface of the roof.
