Let him that have Ear 👂🏼 hear and plan his life on time before the raining season takes u unawares ⚠️

Little tip ♂️ start with what you have Early enough to embark in that ur Building project, Do not wait until u have it all ( Procrastination gets nothing done 💯 )

♐ Follow these steps and thank me later!!!

✅ Talk to a professional (Either an Architect or a Builder 🦺 )
✅Get ur Building Drawings and Documents ready ( Note ✍🏼: This document motivates u to start up ur project faster and not get distracted or lose focus )
✅ Get ur Bill Of Quantity (BOQ) from a Quantity Surveyor to avoid waistage and unnecessary expenditures ( Note write ✍🏼: Skipping this amounts to being pennywise pound's foolish)
✅ Ensure u give ur project to a Builder 🦺 ( Note ✍🏼: Pls do not DIY ur Construction to avoid Building Collapse or story that touches the heart )
✅ Lastly but not the least, Pls ensure u pay ur Contractor and Architect well for their services so as to get the very best 💯....

Are you planning on starting a building project today or in the future

Then this information is definitely for you

1. Don't neglect the role of seeking and paying for Professional consultation on the cons and pros associated with that ur building project you are about to start because most building project has unique challenges encountered during their construction based on many factors like Site location etc ( Sadly some Construction Professionals offer free consultation to clients who end up not valuing what the engineer has to say, some go has far as arguing with you )... I wonder if these guys argue with their Doctor or Surgeon on what to do and what not to do when operating on them 🤷🏼 regardless you are paying him for his Services, Do not DIY ur construction!
Pls note ✍🏼 that constructive criticism or suggestions are welcome on site

2. Ensure u listen 👂🏼 to every directive given by that ur Architect or Builder, make sure that all necessary construction documents and drawings are prepared, stamped and approved by the local planning authority or state government, plus all necessary charges paid for and receipt issued in ur name with the correct details ( i.e in the case of property owned by couples should be Mr. Michael and Mrs. Mary Ogbonna and not Mr. and Mrs.Ogbonna for unforseen circumstance )

3. Prior to number 2 before purchasing ur land do proper checks by the guidance of ur Architect or Builder on Land Use act governing the location and actual parcel of land u want to buy and build on (i.e not all lands are buy and build, some have other purposes allocated to them )
Ordinarily Local planning authority wouldn't approve for the construction of buildings in such lands but trust my country with ur money you can by-pass protocols to ur own peril

Note: No.3 is very important because court won't even hear ur case nor government compensate on the grounds of ignorance.
