Strengthening Capacity for Ethical & Skilled Migration: Highlights from the 3-Day Workshop
At ROZDON Integrated Systems Limited, we remain committed to driving excellence, ethical standards, and global compliance in recruitment and manpower advisory services.
We are pleased to share that our Managing Director/CEO, Sir Izidor Nwokocha, PhD, recently participated in the "From Campus to Career in Germany" 3-Day Capacity Development Workshop on Skilled Migration to Germany for Private Employment Agencies in Nigeria. Held at the Marriott Hotel in Ikeja GRA, Lagos, the workshop was hosted by the Employers Association for Private Employment Agencies of Nigeria (EAPEAN) and b*w International, implemented by GIZ, and supported by German Cooperation.
As one of the carefully selected Private Employment Agencies in attendance, this intensive training has further equipped our leadership with deep regulatory insights, ethical recruitment frameworks, and practical tools to serve as trusted migration advisors.
We extend our sincere appreciation to EAPEAN, b*w International, GIZ, and German Cooperation for organizing such an impactful capacity-building program.
Through these enhanced insights, ROZDON Integrated Systems Limited continues to position itself to guide professionals and young talents along seamless, structured, and compliant career pathways to Germany and beyond.
