Rain or shine, fathers deserve to be celebrated.

Despite the showers, the Spouses (RSN) Community came together to honour the amazing fathers and father figures within our Renaissance Africa Energy family. The weather may have tried to steal the spotlight, but it couldn’t outshine the laughter, camaraderie, and appreciation shared throughout the day.

Happy Father’s Day to the men who lead, support, inspire, and show up every day.

At the 20th Annual Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law, Tony Attah (MD/CEO, Renaissance Africa Energy) joined industry, policy, and business leaders to discuss whether Nigeria’s economic reforms are delivering tangible results.

The MD noted that reliable energy remains the clearest measure of economic transformation, stressing that productivity, industrial growth, and competitiveness depend on affordable and dependable power. He also highlighted Renaissance’s over 40% growth in upstream production within 100 days of operational takeover and the need for regulatory consistency and investment-friendly policies to drive sustainable growth.

The panel was moderated by Christine Sijuade (partner, Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie) and featured Mayokun Ajibade (special adviser to the CBN governor on financial markets & economic policy), Surayyah Ahmad (managing partner, Sabou Capital; board member, NESG), and Jubril Enakele (CEO, IRON Capital).

As Nigeria’s reform journey continues, the focus must remain on outcomes that businesses and citizens can see and feel.
