About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Growth / Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, guest acquisition, and revenue growth for a fast-growing hotel. This role goes beyond marketing activities — it is focused on delivering measurable occupancy growth, increased bookings, and strong brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase room bookings and overall revenue
-Manage and scale digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, website, and content)
-Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed reservations
-Build strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, travel agencies, and event planners
-Drive visibility for hotel services including rooms, restaurant, events, and hospitality offerings
-Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance and ROI
-Oversee brand messaging, content direction, and online reputation
Identify and test new growth opportunities to increase occupancy and customer retention
Requirements
-Proven track record in driving sales, bookings, or client acquisition (very important)
-Strong understanding of digital marketing and hospitality marketing strategies
-Analytical mindset with focus on results, revenue, and ROI
-Ability to work independently and take initiative
-Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or service-based businesses is a strong advantage
-Work Structure
Full-time (On-site)
