The Sales Marketer will be responsible for identifying PURE POWER business opportunities and drive utilization for AJP Energy Product within the assigned geography.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, contact, and close Sale accounts in assigned territory.
Source new sales opportunities through Business visits, outbound calls, and emails.
Convert opportunities into active accounts by scheduling meetings with key decision-maker(s).
Promote and differentiate AJP Energy PURE POWER to meet or exceed quarterly objectives throughout assigned territory.
Integrate a consultative selling approach with PURE POWER and be seen as an extended member of the office.
Use branded marketing materials effectively and frequently to differentiate PURE POWER from other Battery Storage System
Possess detailed knowledge of PURE POWER processes, products, and company protocols.
Establish & maintain strong relationships with key business decision-makers.
Coordinate and implement strategic territory initiatives.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and events when appropriate to promote AJP Energy
Provide weekly updates to leadership on activity, results, competitive analysis, market trends.
Remain updated on any new product and regulatory changes
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in verbal and written communications.
Follow established sales operating procedures and best practices.
Implement planned sales strategies based on analytics and customer requests
Meets all performance expectations and regularly exceeds sales goals
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of relevant sales, and/or account management experience.
Must be a self-starter with good decision-making abilities who has a high sense of urgency to meet quarterly objectives.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Strong grasp of business analytics tools and the ability to analyze territory data, monitor performance & review competitive trends.
Fluent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business analytics tools.

This is a remote position.
Benefits
This role is Commission only. You will earn 5% of total revenues generated on each PURE POWER Sale, with a minimum target of EUR 100,000, which would equate to EUR10,000 annually (at 5% commission on revenue generated from each ESS Sale). There is no cap on commission.
The compensation package also includes 60 days of training and a draw on the commission of EUR 1,000/month for the first 10 days.
