She was drowning.
And nobody noticed…
Nobody, except her.

It was June 2022, at the World Championships in Budapest.
Anita Álvarez, an American artistic swimmer with Mexican roots, was performing a flawless routine.
But when her performance ended… she didn’t come up for air.

She had lost consciousness.
Her body floated for a few seconds, then began to sink.
Slowly. All the way to the bottom of the pool.

The audience didn’t notice. Neither did the judges.
Everyone was clapping.

But her coach, Andrea Fuentes, noticed.
She knew Anita—knew exactly how long it took her to surface.
She felt in her heart that something was wrong.

Without thinking twice, she dove in.
Fully dressed. Shoes and all.

She swam straight down, grabbed Anita by the waist,
and brought her back up.
She saved her life.

This story left me thinking…

Who knows you well enough to notice when you’re not okay, even if you’re still smiling?
Who would dive in for you without hesitation when you no longer have the strength to come up for air?

And more importantly…

Would you be that person for someone else?
Are you present enough in your loved ones’ lives to sense the moment they start to sink?
Or are you just another spectator, clapping, not realizing that inside, they’re fading?

In this life, we all need someone who doesn’t just see us—
but truly notices us.
Someone who knows when we’re about to give up,
and has the courage to jump in and save us.

WHAT IS FOREX TRADING?

Forex trading is simply the buying and selling of currencies.

Let's look at it this way.

Let's assume, you have plans of leaving Kenya to a different country let's use London.

To travel to London you will have to change ksh notes to pounds at the airport.

Let's assume that you want to travel to London with 1000 pounds, to get 1000 pounds you will be needing atleast 180000/

So on getting to the airport, you gave them the 180000/ and they gave you 1000 pounds.

When you got to London, you met a friend who housed and took care of you during your stay in London, so you ended up not spending the pounds.

Now you are ready to return to Kenya, on getting to the airport, you gave them the 1000 pounds to change back to ksh.

Remember that to get 1000 pounds you gave them 180000/

Let's assume that during your stay in London pounds against ksh appreciated (went up)

Instead of getting 180000/ you were given 280000/. You have made 100,000/ profit

But let's assume the value of pounds to ksh depreciated (went down) instead of 180,000 you were given 80,000 here you made 100,000 loss.

In forex we buy and sell currencies.

We buy when the price of a particular currency is going up and we sell when the currency is going down.

I believe by now you understand what forex trading is all about.

Forex Trading Takes Just As Much Determination Just Like It Takes Someone Who Wants To Be A Doctor. Just Like Someone Who Wants To Be A Lawyer Or An Engineer. There Has To Be A Duration Of Uncomfortability. There Has To Be A Phase Of Learning And A High Degree Of Pressure. You Just Can Skip This Kind Of Phase Because It's Exactly What You Need To Succeed In Your Goals. Nothing Will Come To You On A Silver Platter. There Is No Overnight Success In Forex And I've Noticably Said This A Couple Of Times. Sorry If You Came Into The Industry With This Kind Of Mentality. There's Little To No Success For People Like This. The Least You Can Do Is Study This Industry Hard And Find Ways To Fund Your Account

7 Steps To An Unstressed, Blessed Life

Step 1: Dress well even if you are struggling. Do not look like your problem

Step 2: It is not enough just to think positively. You must also act positively, even in negative situations

Step 3: Stop listening to yourself. Instead, talk to yourself

Step 4: Invest in yourself. Focus on continuous learning. Engage in self-improvement. Learn, relearn and unlearn and you will always earn

Step 5: Be deliberate about who you associate with. People are like elevators. Some carry you up. Others take you down

Step 6: Don't just think anything that enters your head. If it is not getting you ahead, get it out of your head

Step 7: Believe in God, not in religion

Doing the above will turn any mess in your life into a message.
