On 23 December 2022, without legal representation, I initiated legal proceedings against Lufthansa. On 16 April 2024, I received the court judgment in my favor. On 07 May 2024, Lufthansa finally complied with the court order and issued payment. Today, 07 May 2025, marks exactly one year since that enforcement.
Before pursuing the lawsuit, I had engaged in a (9 month) nine-month-long legal conciliation (arbitration) process, during which a settlement offer of ### Euros was proposed. I declined this offer because Lufthansa denied key facts about the incident. They fabricated crucial data, assisted by their so-called Lufthansa Arbitration Board. We uncovered the fabricated nature of their responses after discovering that identical misleading explanations were issued to other customers who had joined me in forming the Lufthansa Complaints (Unbiased)
At first, I considered the possibility that a software error might explain the discrepancies. However, after their "peanut" settlement attempt, it became clear that Lufthansa had been fully aware of the validity of my seven claims throughout the entire process. This deliberate deception, in my view, amounts to fraud.
Despite all obstacles, six out of the (07) seven claims were ultimately won in court — three years later — because I refused to give up when all odds were against me.

I am currently pursuing the seventh claim before a competent court in Germany, where Lufthansa has its headquarters.
