Stravers Torenkranen BV has started a new collaboration with Backe in Norway for their Falcon project, a new data centre in Stavanger. To carry out this project, two rail-mounted cranes in the >700tm category were required, with everything to be supplied and delivered by a single supplier within two weeks. Drawing on Stravers’ expertise and professionalism, 36 trailers were loaded and shipped to Norway, where, in collaboration with our UK partner Van Doorn Tower Crane Consultants, two Terex Cranes CTT 722-40T rail-mounted cranes were erected. A special thanks to the contribution of Roy Ove Svarstad in this cooperation and we would like to thank everyone else who contributed to the successful ex*****on and assembly of these two Terex cranes. We also wish Backe Industri every success with the implementation of this exciting project.
