Phase 1: Inventory – Turning a flaming pile of crap into a working PA

Lately, I’ve been tracking down all the original parts needed to bring this vintage setup back to life. Everything I’ve found so far came through Marktplaats or eBay — all authentic, but most of it’s either broken, worn out, or spent the last decade collecting dust in someone’s shed. In other words: the perfect kind of project.

I’m no expert, just someone who loves figuring things out — so if you spot anything I could be doing better, or have any tips, feel free to let me know. I’m all ears!
