Staying on target – it’s our first quarter results! 🚀

We completed stacking on two major topsides, sent a few deliveries to the North Sea, cut first steel on an offshore wind jacket, and started early works on a CO2 terminal in Lithuania – and opened a new digital centre!

Q1 revenues: NOK 13.4 billion with EBITDA margin of 8.6%
Order backlog: increased to NOK 80.2 billion, supported by a few major contract awards 🎯🎉

Nuclear power: Exploring partnership with Rolls Royce SMR

Secure access to reliable and low carbon power is becoming increasingly critical.

Aker Solutions has signed a memorandum of understanding with Rolls Royce SMR to explore how our industrial capabilities can support the rollout of small modular reactors, with potential initial markets including the UK and the Czech Republic.

Our potential role would focus on non nuclear systems and module fabrication, building on decades of experience in modularisation, industrialisation and complex project ex*****on.

All nuclear technology, reactor design and licensing would remain with Rolls Royce SMR.

The collaboration highlights how established industrial expertise can be applied across evolving energy systems — and support energy transition.

The 4,500 tonne Hugin B jacket is the result of great teamwork, great craftmanship and a great deal of passion for the work we do! The jacket is a build in collaboration with our Fixed Facilities Alliance-partners Aker BP ASA and Siemens Energy.

Hugin B is part of the Yggdrasil area in the North Sea, and the jacket will be installed as the last of three jackets in the area.

𝐀 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠! ☀️

Even the sun joined in on the celebrations at our yard in Verdal as the Fenris topside built for Aker BP ASA set off for the North Sea today.

Fenris is an unmanned production platform engineered for harsh North Sea conditions. The topside is the result of strong engineering expertise, close collaboration, and efficient ex*****on throughout the project.

When production starts in 2027, Fenris will significantly increase the gas export from Valhall and contribute to Norway’s long-term capacity for stable energy deliveries to Europe.

Just before Easter, we welcomed customers and colleagues to the opening of our new Visioneering Center in Stavanger - a space designed to turn complexity into clarity.

Through advanced animations, realistic offshore operations simulations, immersive XR and high precision scanning, projects and operations can be visualized, tested and aligned before offshore ex*****on.

During the opening, visitors experienced how digital environments bring assets and operations to life.

𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐚! 🌊

Last week, the 145‑meter‑tall, 4,500‑tonne Hugin B jacket took an important step on its journey toward the Yggdrasil field.

After a carefully planned transport across the yard and down to the quay, the structure was smoothly loaded onto the barge that will carry it offshore.

Seeing the jacket secured and ready for departure marked a proud moment for the entire team — a clear reminder of what we can achieve when engineering, fabrication and operations work hand in hand. ⚙️💪

Hugin B is the last of three jackets to be installed at Aker BP ASA’s Yggdrasil field, and reaching this milestone is a testament to the dedication of everyone involved in the project.

The platform is delivered by the Fixed Facilities Alliance — a collaboration between Aker BP, Aker Solutions and Siemens Energy — working together to enable one of Norway’s most significant offshore developments. 🤝✨

Engineering the Baltics’ first cross-border CCS network 🌍

We have been awarded a front‑end engineering and design (FEED) contract by Energies to support the development of its CO₂ terminal in Klaipėda, Lithuania.

The facility will receive CO₂ from industrial sources across Lithuania, Latvia and the wider Baltic region for temporary storage and onward shipment to permanent geological storage sites beneath the North Sea. 🌊🪸

The project is part of the CCS Baltic Consortium which aims to develop the first cross-border carbon capture, transport, and storage network in the Baltic region.

Recognized as a project of common interest by the European Commission and co-funded by the European Union, the planned terminal is expected to have a capacity of around 2.8 million tonnes of CO₂ per year. 🏭☁️

With more than 30 years of CCS experience, and learnings from projects such as Northern Lights, Brevik and Oslo CCS, our experts are ready to help take this landmark initiative to the next stage - turning CCS ambition into connected, cross-border infrastructure.

The 29,000 tonne Hugin A topside we’re building for Aker BP ASA is coming together nicely at our Stord yard. Check out the scale of the “pieces” in the video below!

During the quarter, we were also awarded important frame agreements with ConocoPhillips and ExxonMobil, shipped modules for a subsea record-breaker to Australia, explored next-generation projects through our consultancy arm ENTR, and played around with Virtual Reality — in a sensible, grown-up way.

● Our Q4 revenues landed at 16.7 billion NOK, up 6 percent from the same quarter last year. 📈
● Proposed dividend of 3.60 NOK per share.
