A guest was celebrating a birthday on ird this cruise. To fika, the chef made a cake filled with a strawberry and rhubarb cream, chocolate ganache and crushed chocolate and punch cream. And on top is strawberry and rhubarb cream, chocolate cream and then topped with blueberries and roasted white chocolate.
