Power Tech Nepal (P.) was established in B. S. 2052 by young energetic technical person including Ms. Surendra Bhakta Mathema initially at Satungal, Kathmandu. Then it was shifted from Satungal to Patan Industrial Estate, Lagankhel in 2056 B.S. The objectives of Power Tech Nepal (P.) are to fulfill requirement of manufacturing and maintenance of engineering equipment including both mechanical and
electrical parts of Micro-Hydro plant which have been felt highly necessary for present day in context of growing industrialization in country. Besides common engineering work this engineering company has manufactured a few but exemplarity equipment such as Pyrolytic incinerator for B & B Hospital (P.) Gwarko , HRDC Hospital Banepa, Kathmandu Medical College Sinamangal Kathmandu and Patan Hospital Lagankhel and Material Lift with advance electronic control system for B & B Hospital (P.) Gwarko which were produced first time in Nepal with lead role of Mr. Mathema. also has been successful to manufacture conveyor belt for Everest Aggregate, Madhadevbsi ( Dhading ) , high capacity constant head water tank and pump control system for Godavari Hydraulic Lab. Power Tech Nepal ( P. ) Ltd. also manufacture Electronic Load Controller and protection devices for Micro Hydropower plant and supply to various manufacturers like Kathmandu Metal Industries (KMI), Thapa Engineering ( Butwal ) , Balaju Yantra Shala ( Kathmandu ) Nepal Machine and Steel Structure ( Butwal ) , Nepal Yantra Shala and Energy ( Patan) , Krishna Grill and Engineering ( Biratnagar ). has also manufactured Water treatment Plant. In an endeavor to improve the efficiency and to bring in appropriate new technology in the field of Micro Hydropower Plant, the company had joined hands with National Power Producer (P.) Ltd, Bhaktapur Industrial Estate, Bhaktapur. In an association with this company, it had successfully completed many Micro Hydropower Projects. Power Tech Nepal (P). is equipped with all necessary machine and equipment to work fiercely.
