📢 VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Sharp Engineering Company is seeking qualified and motivated professionals for Plant Operation & Maintenance of Hydropower Projects located in Solukhumbu and Dolakha.

🔹 1. Electrical Engineer – 1 Position

- Position: Plant In-Charge

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical operation and maintenance will be preferred.
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of hydropower plant operation, protection systems, switchgear, control systems, and SCADA will be an advantage.
• Ability to lead and coordinate plant operation and maintenance activities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of electrical safety procedures and safe operating practices.

🔹 2. Electrical Overseer – 3 Positions

- Position: Plant Operator

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical operation and maintenance will be preferred.
• Practical knowledge of electrical equipment operation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of generators, transformers, switchgear, control panels, protection systems, and related plant equipment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Good understanding of safety procedures and responsible plant operation.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

🔹 3. Electrical Sub-Overseer – 2 Positions

- Position: Plant Operator

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment operation, inspection, and maintenance.
• Ability to assist in troubleshooting and routine maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical safety and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a plant operation and maintenance team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work at a hydropower project site.
