Paschimanchal Campus Pokhara (WRC) is providing Bachelor of Engineering in Geomatics Engineering since 2069. It is a four-year course with eight semesters.Any student from Science stream who has studied Physics, Maths( atleast 200 marks) and Chemistry in their +2 and 3 yrs Diploma are eligible for the entrance exam conducted by ioe. After completion of BE in Geomatics Engineering, the graduates can work in different governmental and non-governmental organizations “As Nepal is a developing country, there is much work on development of infrastructure. So, one can get opportunities in road development, topography design, sanitation, town development, satellite image acquiring et cetera Governmental organisations like Election Commission, Land Reform and Management, Army and Police as well as hydropower projects are some areas in need of Geomatics engineers.
