We've had a machine upgrade!

Our old trusty Kasuga threw an expensive fault, so we used it as an opportunity to upgrade to a newer, better machine.

We have to countersink a lot of plates for an upcoming job.

Typical HSS countersinking tools can get very expensive and not last very long - so we made one using a standard carbide insert.

A cover plate to protect some plugs on the back of an electrical box. Machined from aluminium then anodized black. The retained thumbscrews were also made in house, machined from stainless steel with the customers logo laser etched on top.

Over the past few years we've worked with Ignition Networks to assist New Zealand Police with their investigation in to Pike River mine disaster.

We were involved with designing and manufacturing the camera gear for the borehole drilling program.

3D printing- handy for one time welding jigs
