Midfloor progress. Probably the last of the traditional subfloor builds. We will be moving forward with casstte floors with this developer to speed things up even more. We look at everything to make things faster and more efficient all the time. Next build allready under way with timber cassette floors in the design 👍👀👀👀👀👀👀

Slab poured, frames delivered and stood, trusses installed and all wrapped up within a few weeks. As we wait for roof and windows to arrive we setout battens and make a start on the cladding .Working out window heights and spacing so we can smash it once we install the windows 🫡👌👌👊👊👊

With the bolts and bracing anchors installed first to the mm 👌we installed the portals first and then ground floor frames. Worked out perfect. Time for the mid floor 🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨

Another development 🙌 steel in first bolted down to our preset ignoring brackets which turned out perfect! 👌.Four two bedrooms and two 3 bedroom units coming up. This was completed end of last year , so tunes for some of the Awsome work the boys have done.

SMALL NEW BUILD - Extensive foundation work for this week fellah.
Because of the developments over flow heights and peat soil we have had to beef this foundation up.
With this thing needing to be sitting out of the ground by round 1m we have had to add in some high density Polyrock 500mm thick! With a topping off 300 of some compacted gap. There was also ground beams put through this slab to help with weight distribution. All in all went very smooth. The poly rock saved tons of time / metal /engineer inspections

Blockies up first with the intertenancy/fire walls before the steel structure gets fitted in between. This thing will go up fast ⚡️⚡️this has another 2 concrete floors to go. Concrete floors are a lot easier when you dealing with upper level tenancy’s not only with fire but with noise. Have you seen what you need to do if it’s a timber floor?? 🥴🥴. We build smarter 😉

Our Completed 13 terraced units.This was completed shortly after Covid and have now completed 2 seperate blocks of 7 and are now on to a 15 unit 3 story appartment! We do big stuff!! And where good at it 😉
