Total fence rebuild 🙌

Fence replacement at our recently completed fire-damage reinstatement, some extra work to add to the newly renovated house.

Kitchenette upgrade complete.

This was done as a part of a wider scope of repair works at one of our recent jobs.

This refreshed space is now ready to be enjoyed by our client and their staff.

Lower deck reno complete in Northcross.

Our team completed a full demo of the existing deck and rebuilt it to its previous dimensions. Removing and replacing all the old timber has made this space look and feel brand new.

This is the second deck reno we've completed for our client as a part of a wider scope of works. We're so glad we could give them two new, revamped outdoor living spaces to enjoy.

Partial reinstatement complete at our commercial fire repair job.

Massive effort from our team with the help of our trusted sub-contractors to get this job completed to the highest standard.

Major repair works are underway at this fire damaged home on the North Shore.

We're a couple weeks in and things are progressing smoothly.

Here's a before and after of what the roof is looking like so far. The framing has been replaced and is ready for some brand new roofing.

Take a look at this newly renovated outdoor living area.

We extended the existing deck and pergola and also added a bench seat on the side for some extra seating, making for a more functional, covered & inviting area for our client to enjoy with their family just in time for the end of the warm weather.

Last week, we completed a small but meaningful project as part of the ongoing repair work in Mangawhai.

We rebuilt this arched pergola, a key element in bringing this backyard back to life along with repairing sections of damaged cladding and various other repairs to the property.

We're fortunate to work closely with our trusted vendors to help repair homes and restore the community after the recent tornado caused significant damage in Mangawhai. We are grateful to be part of this rebuilding effort.

Introducing Joe.

Joe is one of the few who started with Allison Brothers in its early days.

Joe had limited carpentry knowledge before beginning his apprenticeship with us, but he quickly showed his ability to adapt to new environments and tasks.

Having built his skills and knowledge greatly, Joe is an integral part of the team and continues to show his willingness to help out and work hard.

We're looking forward to seeing Joe continuing his carpentry journey in 2025, and we feel very lucky to be a part of that.

Fire damage is one of the main types of loss we come across when working with our key vendors

Repairing fire-damaged properties requires a high level of expertise to be done properly and with the highest level of care.

We work in with our sister company, , who specialise in restoration services.

Snapshots of our latest bathroom renovation.

We took our Client's bathroom from outdated to outstanding, we just wish we had taken some before photos! Our team transformed what was once a separate toilet and bathroom into one sleek modern space. Pairing matte black features with marble tiles has given this space the luxury feel our client was dreaming of.

We collaborated with our network of local sub-trades to provide new tiles, shower, vanity, tapware and paint.

We couldn't be happier with how this turned out and are even more delighted that our client loves it as much as we do.
