Tired of getting your parcels stolen?

Hi everyone, just thought I’d share that we’ve started installing lockable mailboxes that fit 75% of of all parcels going through NZ Post or a shoe boxed parcel (380mm x 210mm x 240mm).

Thieves often tail courier drivers to spot drop-offs, but with this, your parcels stay locked away safely until you’re home to collect them.

This home needed a little TLC to bring it back to life. We tackled:
✅ Checking for ceiling leaks.
✅ Replacing damaged gib.
✅ Giving it a fresh lick of paint.

💡 What’s next? In the new year, we’ll be topping up their ceiling insulation to standard. Why? To reduce condensation and mould caused by cold air meeting the warmth inside their home.
