Scaffolding is finally starting to come down at Ascot Village.
After a huge amount of planning, coordination and hard work from the team, we have now successfully completed the recladding of all 8 homes within the village. It’s been fantastic to see these homes transformed and brought back to a weathertight, durable and future-proof standard.
Reclad projects are never simple. They involve detailed investigation, careful staging, managing occupied homes, weather protection, and extensive coordination between consultants, councils, contractors and homeowners. Seeing the final result and the scaffolding coming down is always a rewarding milestone.
