🔧Workshop sneak peek – Barn dividers in production

Built in our Balclutha workshop for a dairy barn housing project, this is a good example of the custom fabrication we’re set up to deliver.

Barn dividers give cows defined resting spaces -the result is improved cow comfort, better hygiene, more rest time and in turn improved milk production.

Always happy to talk through ideas if you’ve got a barn project coming up, or any other engineering requirements.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of a former team member Clu, who started working for CCMP in the freezing works off season back in the 90s, before becoming a full-time milking machine technician for the next 17yrs.
Clu still holds the CCMP record for most milking machine checks in a year - 157

While it has been some time since he worked with us, we know he was well liked and respected by those who had the opportunity to work alongside him.
In a close-knit community like ours, those connections last well beyond the years.

Our heartfelt thoughts are with his beloved wife, Dianne, and his children, Breanna, James, Kerry, Haley, Brooke, Mitch, and Blake, as well as his extended family and friends during this difficult time
