A review from one of our recent clients.......
I just had to spill the beans about our recent home renovation experience because, let's face it, finding reliable and affordable builders can be a bit like searching for a needle in a haystack in the current times.
A few months back, we were really going through a hard time; builders were charging an arm and a leg, or they simply vanished into thin air after promising the moon and stars. We stumbled upon a gem named Scotty from SVR Management And YES, his thick Scottish accent is as charming as his craftsmanship.
Recommended by a fellow Hauraki member, we took the plunge, and, boy, were we pleasantly surprised! Scotty not only did an excellent job on our home but also nailed it in the communication and timelines department. As a South African, knowing where you stand with costs and completion times is crucial!!!! —no surprises here, just good old transparency!
Scotty’s workmanship and quality were outstanding. Every day we came home; the house was clean inside – I mean, having small kids, this was a dream, not having to pick up hazardous nails, etc. He'd tactfully tell me when my ideas were a tad out there, saving us from potential regrets and massive money, showing he's not just in it for the paycheck. Scotty willingly shared his knowledge, guiding me through DIY endeavours I wanted to take on and even recommending YouTube tutorials! Learning and being hands-on with a small home project was an unexpectedly fulfilling experience for me.
So, really want to pay it forward, as I’m sure there is someone that would appreciate that and possibly going through something similar, wanting to skip the headache of trial-and-error with unreliable builders, do yourself a favour and hit up SVR Management. Trust me, your stress levels will thank you!
