EDM Spark Eroder doing its thing on some snapped off bolts in an aluminium housing.

EDM spark Eroder came in handy again this week with a couple of snapped off bolts in some aluminium engine parts for a customer. The beauty with this machine is no heat, no distortion. Sparked out the bolt and left the aluminium thread like new.

Congratulations to Aiden, another tradesman who completed his apprenticeship with us last week. Aiden is a great part of our team here at Hooked on and has come such a long way since the young school boy who walked in our door. His machining skills and maintenance fitting knowledge are something he can be proud of, his excellent fault finding skills makes him one of our leading bottling line experts, Well done mate.

WinePro 2026 done and dusted. Thanks to everybody who came down and stopped for a chat. The WinePro team did a great job and we really enjoyed supporting another excellent industry event.
