Integra Shocks have been a regular part of the workshop for quite a while now, and it’s been great to see more and more 4-Bar Super Saloon teams choosing to run them.

It’s awesome to be trusted to keep these race-winning shocks in top condition, whether it’s a routine service, damage repairs or re-valving.

Thanks to some great contacts overseas, genuine parts and complete shocks are never too hard to get hold of, so we can keep you on the track and performing at your best.

One thing I keep finding in shocks built elsewhere is how important a shock dyno and proper software really are.

This latest one came in with compression forces around 25% stiffer than the factory settings — on a bike being set up for a rider only half the weight the manufacturer settings were designed for.

After dyno testing the shock and identifying the issue, it was stripped down and the problem was immediately obvious — something I’ve seen far too many times.

Once rebuilt, the shock went back on the dyno for testing, validation, and proper adjustment.

Without dyno testing, problems like this are easy to miss. A shock might “feel okay” with the old push test in the shed, but the data tells the real story.

Suspension tuning should be based on data, consistency, and repeatability — not trial and error, and certainly not when younger riders are learning to ride bigger bikes.

It’s been a very busy time, so I’ve been a bit slack on updates — head down, LR hiked! 😅
As the speedway season rolls on, we’ve welcomed a heap of new customers and have been buried in Super Saloon work as the champs approach. No bias here on how many bars you prefer — we swing with them all and have been loving the progression and learnings along the way.

We’ve also been ticking away on new Super Stock developments, and the feedback so far has been excellent and the results have shown 👌 And on verious brands !
Great to have our man Randal Tarrant - 66A Superstock back in town too — happy to lend him my own shock set so he can head into one of the toughest domains with something familiar under him.

Our supply and install of Krooztune components for the Moto X family keeps growing, and I’m absolutely stoked with the new ’26 KTM 85 package fitted to Mitchell’s bike. I wouldn’t put my son on anything else as he heads into battle for the new moto season 💪
