One of the things we’re most proud of as a business is the people behind the scenes 👏

Outside of work, Jason has been spending his spare time helping restore and preserve the John Haywood Memorial Hut. A special part of the local backcountry that means a lot to many in the outdoor community.

Projects like this rely heavily on volunteers, donations, and people willing to give up weekends to keep these places standing for future generations.

Happy van, happy man 😄

A big upgrade to one of the work vans this week with new shelving from , installed to keep everything organised and efficient on site heading into winter.

Clean van, clear mind, clear plan on site which makes for smoother days and better workflow all round.

Huge thanks to Jason for giving up his weekend to get it all sorted so we’re ready to hit the busy season 👍

We are officially closed until the 19th of January, while we take a much needed break as a family.

We thank each and every one of you for your continued support, as we head into our 5th year of business. We are looking forward to 2026, being well rested and eager for the big year ahead 🙌

Story time 📖

Around four years ago, I was referred to a new customer to install a heat pump.

One of the best parts of my work is meeting people from all walks of life and being welcomed into their homes. After that install, I walked away thinking, “they’re the kind of people I'd love to stay connected with.”

Fast forward to today, those customers are now great friends of ours. In fact, while catching up with them recently, we came across an old photo from that very first install.

Sometimes a job is more than a job, it can be the start of a solid friendship!
